General Account Management

You can view your general account information by clicking on the Account button in the navigation panel.

This page shows the basic information related to your account such as your:

  • name

  • organisation

  • user type

  • registered email address

  • unique account reference

  • account expiry date

Change Account Password

You can change your password in your Account Information section on the LMS by:

  • typing in your current password in the first input field

  • typing in your new password in the second input field

  • confirm your new password in the third input field

Please note: you may be automatically signed out when changing your password while signed in to the LMS.

Delete Your Account

If you are a Learner and wish to delete your account, please contact your VR Facilitator.

If you are an Admin, you can delete your own account but please be aware: you must retain at least 1 Admin account per organisation to manage user access. Check out our Managing Users section to find out how to delete user accounts.
