This article explains how to prepare your VR devices for FLO, and the installation steps to get FLO up and running.
Step 1: Set up your device
FLO is designed to be used with Meta Quest 2 and Meta Quest 3 Virtual Reality headsets. Please refer to the VR headset manufacturer’s instructions to set up your VR headset. Once your headset is set up, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Download the FLO app
FLO’s learning content is delivered as an app that needs to be downloaded and installed on your supported device(s). Once your devices have been set up, you can acquire the FLO app from: SideQuest, AppLab, or manage the application yourself through a .apk file and an external installation tool such as SideQuest.
